After Party of Five, Jeremy went on to appear in several movies, including Gods and Generals (2003), Descendant (2003), and Kiss Me Again (2006). He also appeared on the tv show "7th Heaven" (2002-2004) as Chandler Hampton. He is currently working on several new movies, and is married with one child. Last Updated: March 8, 2009
